10 Week Teacher Training Intensive 
with Virginia Williamson and Inga Balciuniene

This is a 113-hour intensive course, covering the Fundamentals of Yoga Teaching at a deeper level. Topics include Yoga philosophy, physical and subtle anatomy, teaching methods, postures, breathwork, meditation and Ayurveda.

October 16, 23 Fridays 10:00-4:30 p.m.
October  17, 31 and November 7 Saturdays 11:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
October 18, 25, November 1, 8, 15 Sundays10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

5 Week Teacher Training Intensive Tuition is $1200.  (Required texts are not included in fee.)
Register to Teacher Training by paying no-refundable deposit $250.

Requires full attendance and satisfactory completion of assignments, plus Observation and Practicum hours.
During the teacher training period, attendance in Inga’s or Virginia’s regular classes is free.
Prerequisites: Hatha Yoga 1 or comparable experience.

Ashtanga Yoga by John Scott
The Key Muscles of Hatha Yoga by Ray Long, M.D. and/or
Yoga Anatomy by Leslie Kaminoff

Other books may be recommended relevant to areas of special interests and/or needs. Students must obtain prior to course commencement. In addition to full attendance, non-contact requirements include homework, study assignments, self-practice and practicum. Upon completion, each participant will be awarded a Hatha Yoga 2 Teacher Certificate.  All levels will receive constructive evaluations of Practice Teaching.
