Why I come to Inga’s studio:
Her knowledge, experience, personality, enthusiasm. Variety of classes and workshops, teacher trainings. Sense of community, feeling of belonging. Comfortable being myself here, not intimidated. Having opportunities to learn and try new things. I like peaceful environment, not to far from home, schedule fits with my life.
I feel better after a class here then after classes elsewhere (physically and mentally).
How can I ever thank you for the life- changing Knowledge you have shared with me? I have learned so much, and will do my best to take the Knowledge you have worked so hard to share, back to Ohio. I know it will change and benefit many lives. I hope that some day soon you will be able to visit Ohio ad see the wonderful effect you have had on my classes. Namaste.

I have been practicing with Inga for a year and a half. I am 65 years old and maintain excellent health in great part due to yoga. Inga has a gentle approach and tailors her instruction to her students yet keeps them at the brink of their capability.

“Yoga With Inga” has transformed my life. I have been with Inga with a little over a year – she has helped me successfully transition through the stress of daily life, and major surgery – including a visit to the hospital to see me and bring healthy organic bean sprouts! My husband, youngest son and recently oldest son have all try the “Inga” experience — I am happy to say that my oldest son is now a recurring student of yoga and appreciates the relaxation provided through Inga’s teaching. My son is very active and busy with his multiple students roles in school and in the community. Once he realized that he was at peace in Inga’s studio — he had to go back!

I have lived in Matlacha for 40+ years. Although I belong to a fitness gym where I work out regularly, Yoga With Inga is my prescription for all my aches and pains. It not only helps my physical being but also opens my heart and mind to good feelings and thoughts.
Yoga With Inga Is incredible! Such a wonderful experience. I love to hear her say, “Soften your knees” or “Go inside your body if you are ready now.” Wow! Namaste.

Life is giving to you everything that you can take – the sky and clouds, the sun and the ocean, the sea and the rivers, the forest and the mountains. What can be more beautiful and more inspirational than that? Inga, you have such a beautiful mission in this life – to connect us through yoga with nature, so we could become one with it and feel with our souls and mind the connection with our biggest and most precious gift – our lives. Thank you for all this and good luck to you with the wonderful job of your dreams!

I want to thank you for all you have done for me. When I started yoga with you over two years ago, I had no idea how much it would become a part of my life. I quickly went from taking yoga one day a week to three days a week because I love how it makes me feel. Yoga has helped me relax, helped me sleep better and helped me feel so much better in many ways. The breathing techniques you teach work so well for relaxation throughout the day and night. If I wake up at night and can’t stop my mind, I think of your voice telling me how to breath and it puts me right back to sleep every time! Yoga has also given my body more strength and energy. Being fifty-nine years old, I know I need to work to keep my body strong and my bones healthy. Yoga is the perfect way for me to do that. Yoga has done so much good for my mind and body and I want to thank you for your kind and caring style of teaching. Your personal style of teaching adds so much to the practice of yoga. You make each one of your students feel very special. I love coming to yoga for the way it helps my body, but also for the way you make me feel. You are a very special person and I am so thankful that I am able to practice yoga with you. Thank you so much.
