Yoga Basics for Massage Therapists (6hrs)

This workshop will help massage therapists to make a connection between yoga and massage. We will work with the energy, breath, mind and body. I will give you yoga tools to use in your practice and self-care through an Indian tradition.

 

Chair Massage and Building a Clientele (6hrs)

To develop an understanding of the different aspects of chair massage including but not limited to:

-do you need a massage  chair – types of massage chairs- ethical concerns – where to use chair massage – when is chair massage appropriate to do – how much to charge – how to do chair massage

Learn to apply yourself and develop a clientele no matter what setting you’re in.

 

 

 

Understanding Samskaras Workshop

Join me on Sunday, March 3rd from 2 to 4pm for a transformational workshop designed to teach you how to identify and change the habits that are keeping you from reaching your goals.

We will explore the yoga concept of samskaras and how they relate to the way we experience our lives. Then we look more closely at the components that make up a habit loop and how to work within that loop to create real and lasting change.

You won’t want to miss this! Cost is $20 per person.

Come early to fill out registration form (first time).

Do not eat within 1-2 hours before practice.

Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a mat or towel for your practice.

Please do not wear fragrance, as deep breathing will be practiced.

There is no age or flexibility limits to practice Yoga. Experienced practitioners and new to yoga welcome!

You will get instructions how to adjust postures to suit your body type.
